Self-lubricating Bearing

The metal composite self-lubricating bearing material uses high-quality carbon steel as the substrate, a sintered copper powder layer in the middle, and a low-friction material mainly composed of PTFE or thermoplastic polymer as the bearing working layer. This structure has excellent load-bearing capacity. The middle copper powder layer can not only transfer the heat generated during the bearing operation in time, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate. The design of PTFE is suitable for completely dry friction state.

This product series has the characteristics of low friction coefficient, wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and oil-free lubrication. The use of this product can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid shaft biting, and reduce mechanical noise.

At present, it has been widely used in the sliding parts of various machinery, such as printing machines, textile machines, exercise machines, hydraulic pallets, micro motors, automobiles, motorcycles and agricultural and forestry machinery.
